30-Day Exchange Policy: All products are exchangeable within 30 days at no charge with no restocking fee. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for us to process your exchange. Please include original packaging. See more details below.

30-Day Refund Policy: Refunds are accepted within 30 days if the product has not been worn and is in its original packaging. There is a $1.00 per item restocking fee on returns unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. Shipping charges are not refundable. Allow 1 – 2 billing cycles for refunds to show up on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Exchange/Return Procedure: Please include your full name and address, as well as your email and phone number, in case we have questions about your return.
Include a brief explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).
Indicate how you would like the return handled. Do you want an exchange or a refund to your credit card?
If requesting an exchange, please indicate the item number and name, color and size.
If the new items you are requesting total more than the original, please include the payment method.

Shipping – General Info
Most orders are shipped the following business day. Allow 3 – 5 business days for standard delivery to arrive in your mailbox anywhere within the U.S. We ship via the U.S. Postal Service to both street addresses and P.O. Boxes. Smaller orders ship First Class. Larger orders (more than 13 ounces) are delivered via Priority Mail. International orders, including Canada, are shipped via Global Priority Mail.
